New service makes it even easier to fund your prepaid card…
“Visa ReadyLink” is a Visa service that allows consumers to more easily and conveniently add funds to eligible Visa reloadable prepaid cards at more than 7,000 participating merchant locations across the country, such as Safeway, 7-Eleven, Pak n’ Save and Dominick’s. Consumers can visit their local supermarket or convenience store and instantly add funds to their Visa reloadable prepaid card, providing immediate access to the funds. The process is simple: participating merchants accept your cash, swipe the card and provide a receipt. You’ll then have immediate access to the additional funds in your prepaid account.
A Visa ReadyLink transaction is processed just like a debit or credit card; and as with any authorized or approved transaction, the funds are guaranteed by the acquirer to the credit card issuer. The innovative ReadyLink service helps meet the needs of of millions of financially underserved consumers who don’t have access to plastic or a traditional banking services and rely heavily on cash for everyday transactions.

Convenient, reliable, and hassle-free, Visa ReadyLink is preparing to make reloading your card easier than ever. Visa will launch another way to reload funds to a Visa prepaid card – at ATMs across the U.S.. Thousands of envelope-free ATMs will enable customers a convenient option to make deposits by simply inserting cash or paper checks directly into a financial institution’s ATM. Likewise, consumers with eligible Visa reloadable prepaid cards will be able to add cash funds to their cards conveniently and securely in the same manner at participating ATMs.
