Take a tour with the artist of your choice through a variety of locations that retrace the artist’s roots, eventually leading to a live performance of the artist in concert. Participating artists Jon Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton and Kenny Chesney have teamed up with MasterCard for this once in a lifetime experience with trip locations to New York/New Jersey, London, England or Nashville, Tennessee. “Roots of Rock” grand prizes are worth an estimated $15,000 including travel and hotel arrangements, concert tickets for the winner and friends, tour of the concert location and $4,000 in pocket change.
Every time you use your MasterCard, you will automatically receive a chance to win. The contest runs through August 31, 2008 with some restrictions. In addition, cardholders will receive double entries for each MasterCard® PayPass™ tap transaction and thanks to a joint agreement between MasterCard® and Best Buy®, you’ll get double entries for using a Reward Zone® MasterCard® card.
